The Health & Security Plan’s Personal Service Unit would like to invite you to participate in three evenings of support and sharing for those experiencing the grief connected to the loss of a loved one.

In this group, we will explore our responses to our grief, build awareness around understanding grief and begin the journey of healing. We will provide a safe environment not only to communicate with others but to understand that our grieving is unique and it’s at our own pace.

We will also learn about the stages of grief and explore the ways to live our best lives even while coping with grief.

Please join us for three evenings in March, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Reserve your seat by contacting Abby Strauss at 212-815-1250 by Feb. 15.
