In this group, we will explore our responses to our grief, build awareness around understanding grief and begin the journey of healing. We will provide a safe environment not only to communicate with others but to understand that our grieving is unique and it’s at our own pace.

We will also learn about the stages of grief and explore the ways to live our best lives even while coping with grief.
