Undercounting New York City could cause us to lose billions in federal dollars, resulting in severe cuts to vital city services, important community programs and even massive layoffs of public workers. CLIMATE JOBS & JUSTICE SUMMIT SEPT. 22

Join the Climate Jobs & Just Transition Summit on September 22, 9am to 6pm, with DC 37 Executive Director Henry Garrido.

The virtual summit brings together union leaders and climate activists, environmental justice advocates, clean-energy developers, policymakers and scientists who want to build the clean-energy economy of tomorrow with good union jobs.

EVICTION MORATORIUM AND HOUSING COURT  New York City courts are in the process of re-opening but evictions remain on hold pursuant to the following Orders, Memoranda and Directives which state:

1. Eviction cases filed on or after March 17, 2020 continue to be suspended;

2. Eviction cases filed before March 17, may proceed and must be presented to a judge before any action is taken; no residential evictions can take place before October 1.
